Featured projects include: • P.S.153 | New York, NYProject Architect responsible for the construction documents and specifications to repair and replace damaged masonry facades and exterior entrances for a three-story Kindergarten addition built in 1995. • FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING | Andover, MAIn collaboration with the lead designer, Jonathan Levi Architects, worked as Project Architect/PM on a complete renovation of an award winning 400,000 SF federal office building. The design was to improve the quality of the workplace by introducing natural day lighting, a more coherent system of way-finding, replacement of all building infrastructure systems and structural upgrades to meet current seismic codes. The project has a strong sustainability component, including the installation of over 300 geothermal wells, pervious parking lot pavement and low maintenance plantings, and has achieved LEED Gold certification. • PENN MEDICINE AT VALLEY FORGE, University of Pennsylvania | Berwyn, PAStaff Architect for a 45,000 square foot project which consists of a complex three-story interior fit-out and minor exterior modification of the west half of the Penn Medicine at Valley Forge building. The first floor oncology center supports both medical and radiology oncology practices, including a Linac, accommodations for a future PET/CT department, and an infusion treatment clinic complete with oncology pharmacy. • BERLIN BIOMASS ENERGY FACILITY | Berlin, NHStaff Architect for the architectural scope of the new $275 million Biomass power plant on the banks of the Androscoggin River in the town of Berlin, New Hampshire. The property was formerly part of the Fraser Paper's pulp mill, which closed in 2006. The plant will be one of the largest biomass power facilities in the country and will be able to generate and provide renewable energy credits (RECs) for the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Featured projects include: • OCEAN SCIENCE EXPLORATION CENTER, University of RI | Narragansett, RIProject Architect for a new 50,000 SF multi-use facility located on the West Passage of the Narragansett Bay which serves as the center for marine studies. Program elements include the Campus Center/Café, Pell Research Library, Administrative offices, research and teaching laboratories and campus computing systems, including Dr. Robert Ballard’s (Titanic Explorer) Inner Space Command Center. The building has received a LEED-NC Silver certification. • STRAUMANN USA | Andover, MAProject Architect/Designer on a 165,000 SF tenant fit-out, which provided planning, programming and design services to accommodate a new state-of-the-art U.S. headquarters for the second largest dental implant company in the world. With its 160,000 SF of open, clean lined modern space, the design allowed Straumann to offer a combination of manufacturing, training, education, marketing, and customer service, all under one roof. • 100 LANDSDOWNE STREET | Cambridge, MAProject Architect responsible for the design and coordination of construction documents of a proposed new bio-tech facility located in MIT’s University Park. The new building consists of 250,000 SF on 9 floors. Sixty percent of the building will be made up of flexible space for all types of chemistry and bio-technology laboratory space and forty percent for office space. • FACULTY CLUB, Harvard University | Cambridge, MAStaff Architect/Designer in the planning, design and construction of an addition and renovation to the existing facilities, circa 1930 Landmark Facility. Primary focus was on the design and construction detailing of a new glass conservatory for meeting and function space for the Harvard community. The additions maintain the Georgian character of the original building to preserve it's contrast with the adjacent Carpenter Center for Visual Arts, a landmark of 20th century architecture.
