CurrentFeatured projects include: • P.S.153 | New York, NYProject Architect responsible for the construction documents and specifications to repair and replace damaged masonry facades and exterior entrances for a three-story Kindergarten addition built in 1995. • FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING | Andover, MAIn collaboration with the lead designer, Jonathan Levi Architects, worked as Project Architect/PM on a complete renovation of an award winning 400,000 SF federal office building. The design was to improve the quality of the workplace by introducing natural day lighting, a more coherent system of way-finding, replacement of all building infrastructure systems and structural upgrades to meet current seismic codes. The project has a strong sustainability component, including the installation of over 300 geothermal wells, pervious parking lot pavement and low maintenance plantings, and has achieved LEED Gold certification. • PENN MEDICINE AT VALLEY FORGE, University of Pennsylvania | Berwyn, PAStaff Architect for a 45,000 square foot project which consists of a complex three-story interior fit-out and minor exterior modification of the west half of the Penn Medicine at Valley Forge building. The first floor oncology center supports both medical and radiology oncology practices, including a Linac, accommodations for a future PET/CT department, and an infusion treatment clinic complete with oncology pharmacy. • BERLIN BIOMASS ENERGY FACILITY | Berlin, NHStaff Architect for the architectural scope of the new $275 million Biomass power plant on the banks of the Androscoggin River in the town of Berlin, New Hampshire. The property was formerly part of the Fraser Paper's pulp mill, which closed in 2006. The plant will be one of the largest biomass power facilities in the country and will be able to generate and provide renewable energy credits (RECs) for the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
