My qualifications include 6 years as customer service training coordinator and lead supervisor in high volume call centers, developing employee training programs that fall in line with organizational objectives, keeping current employees up to date, encouraging the learning of new skills focused on customer service. With strong interpersonal skills, the ability to Conduct complex account analyses and make presentations combined with outstanding written and oral communication skills I feel that I am an excellent candidate for Call Center Supervisor position with your company. I have a bachelors degree in Education and Liberal Arts as well as ten years of teaching experience in public schools and 6 years as customer service training coordinator and supervisor in high volume call centers. In addition to performing training and designing employee development programs, as a call center supervisor I was responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and recording the effectiveness of employees. This is accomplished through consulting with unit and group managers, one-on-one training and new IQMs. By measuring the effectiveness of training, programs can be modified or improved to make sure they provide adequate training to help employees develop the right customer services skills. A large part of the job of training coordinators is to research, design, and create useful training materials that will help managers translate knowledge to employees as efficiently as possible. The average training coordinator will develop training programs based on traditional classroom instruction combined with modern technology such as computers and visual aids. This is especially important for orienting new hires and to the methods we use to collect for different clients. My current goal is to utilize my strong interpersonal and public speaking skills to manage a proactive, customer service environment that is continuously improving.
