I am currently operating as an Operations Superintendent at Macgregor USA, overseeing the daily tasks of manning, logistics and all operations. I am also a retired Navy Veteran (E8 HTCS) with over 22 years of experience onboard US Navy ships to include managing, overseeing and executing all facets of daily operation, emergent repairs and planned maintenance availabilities. I have extensive experience in welding (ship fitting, pipe fitting, sheet metal mechanic, GTAW, SMAW, GMAW certifications) Quality Assurance, I have held the position of assistant Quality Assurance Officer at two commands (both LSD class ships) and Quality assurance supervisor at Assault Craft Unit 4. 12 years of total experience. I am well versed with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual. Work authorization forms, I have held the position of WAF and tagout coordinator at two separate command as well (MARMC and an LSD class ship during a Midlife planned maintenance availability) i am well versed with the afloat toolbox application as well as the Navy’s tagout user manual. 4 years of total experience. Hull planning and estimating, I have served as a Hull Planner at MARMC for 4 years. My experience also includes extensive management of personnel, materials and budgets accomplished from 2010 to present.
