Position OverviewReporting to Plant Manager, this role was responsible to develop SOP and Work Instructions for Operation and Maintenance Processes in safety and integrity, process improvement and reliability for Brewing, Packaging and Kegging Lines for Abbotsford site - approximately 250 employees.Responsibilities- Develop Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) for the Packaging Lines equipment in Cluster Packer, Shrinkwrapper and De-Palletiser. The RCM for these Assets Preventative Maintenance focused deeply into the machine assembly and failure mode analysis. From these analysis, an effective and establish Preventative Maintenance Schedule developed to achieve improvements and leads to increase cost effectiveness, reliability, machine uptime, and a greater understanding of the level of risk that the organization is managing.- Develop Work Instructions, Checklist and Quick Fix Routines for Packaging, Brewing and Kegging area. These documents consist of precise task definition, safety practices and pictorial diagram for Operators and Maintenance Training and Implementation.- Develop Maintenance Work Instruction and Checklist Changeover with pictorial diagram for Cluster Packer and Labeller for Training and SAP Maintenance.- Generate the SAP Preventative Maintenance Work Instruction and Checklist for Labellers (5 Stations) in Cleaning, Lubrication, Mechanical, Electrical and Changeover tasks.- Assisting Operation in creating Quick Fix Routine for Operator and Trades Troubleshooting Guides to streamline the First Level Diagnostic Steps.
