Work with client to resolve issues, Often asked for a sample system for analysis of problem and testing for a solution. Typical process was to review tickets escalated and review for completeness of information. to contacting customer to for more details. and carry thorough to a solution or escalate to 3LSAs a systems administrator and data analyst I can draw draw from several disciplines to resolve problems that others may not see. I work towards solutions while staying within a budget. I will offer alternate solutions if possible depending on the project, task and budget. As a micro-business owner I have had to learn many things about the many different aspects of doing business and I can apply that to tasks and projects. As a subcontractor I have answered government and company RFP's, have designed systems, worked with users interacting with them for design input and later, user training. As a Systems Administrator the important item is to make sure the team is on the same page and we pull together. I was assigned to evaluate a material management system on a Marine Corps Air Station. The existing system relied on outdated technologies and violated Federal transportation laws potentially endangering the drivers and first responders. My recommendation was to halt using this application and invest in an existing federal compliant application and to rewrite all policies in accordance with all regulations, leaving no ambiguity with any step or process for the materials handled. This solution would save on any long term, costly from the ground up, development and extensive federal approval-certification of the system.
