- Assist in the development of project proposals, cost estimates, trade-bid evaluations, and budgets for potential projects- Draft and submit RFI's, change orders, and submittals to Architects- Manage bid invites- Prepare and review AIA Contracts- Support project superintendents in management of a project’s schedule- Aid in subcontractor negotiation during the bid selection process - Monitor and organize all documentation of a project including but not limited to: drawings, specifications, subcontracts, RFI’s, change orders, submittals, shop drawings, plan revisions, and as-builts.- Prepare O&M Binders for completed projects
