Started out as a Kitchen Porter in local Pub, worked my way up to Bar Supervisor looking after and managing the running if the throughout the week, cellar maintenance and ordering. Now working as a Assistant Manager in Prezzo, which includes opening and closing shifts, cash handling, dealing with customer concerns, fast paced service and many other roles.
