As Project Manager for Marine and FSE my primary role is to oversee project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role allows to me to use my previously aquired skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and fostering relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. By compiling industry data and identifying specific to industry nuances, I have been able to quickly settle in a sector which was previously unknown to me.

I was employed in this role on promotion, as lead my primary job role, outside of management of the staff, was management of all legal and recordable elements within the organisation, oversight, and orchestration of all day-to-day operational activities. All whilst ensuring the legal, efficient, and effective execution of strategic objectives. During this role, I led the team to it's highest positive results on our yearly metrics. I did this by empowering staff members to contribute to continuous improvement, quality and growth.Whilst in this role I managed multiple secondary roles too, namely; the lead Change Agent, Safer Custody Team, Diversity and Inclusion Team & Heritage Projects Team. These roles involved the following skill sets:• Project management,• Strategic planning,• Resource allocation,• Coordination of multi department operations to achieve success.

My primary role was to maintain all recordable and maintainable elements within the Company, and remain as the first line management between the Company Commander (Director) and the troops within the “lines” (Shop face)This role included the collaboration of over 10 different departments, requiring me to operate in a multi discipline team including specialist education, support, and administrative staff.Whilst in this role I established new systems to ease task completion and reduce errors, and created an extensive roadmap of professional services and offerings which significantly improved all recordable metrics.

This was a lateral job move on promotion to Sergeant.My primary job role, was to act as the conduit between the HQ and the Detention Company for all matters of legal and recordable elements within the organisation. I provided a unique oversight into the orchestration of all day-to-day operational activities. All whilst ensuring the legal, efficient, and effective execution of strategic objectives.

During my time in this role, I spearheaded the project to get L2 Numeracy and Literacy to all detainees through bespoke packages whilst detaineed in SCF Edinburgh.Whilst in this role, I also conducted short term deployments to Canada and Kenya.
