Previously, Mr. Cochill has served as the Chairman of the Board, Cognitive TPG, Inc., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Motorsport Group, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Maxxim Medical, Inc., Chairman and CEO of Webcraft Technologies, Inc., and Chairmen of the Board and Chairman of the Office of CEO, Goss Graphics, Inc. Mr. Cochill has also served as Chairman of the Board and interim CEO of companies in a variety of industries while serving as Founder and Managing Partner of Ingenium Partners, LLC, a management advisory company specializing in transition management and restructuring of distressed companies.Mr. Cochill has over forty years of management experience across a wide range of industries having served in eighteen companies in sixteen different industries. He has been a Director in fourteen companies. He has served as non executive Chairman of the Board three times, and has chaired the Governance, Compensation and Executive committees in various companies.Mr. Cochill began his career at Procter and Gamble in the brand management system and later became Vice President Advertising, Hygrade Food Products, Group Business Manager for Consumer products at Dow Chemical, Executive Vice President and COO of the Frankel Company, and President, Web Strategic Business Unit, The Lehigh Press, Inc. Mr. Cochill graduated With Credit from The United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland and following graduation served four years sea duty with distinction.
