KEY ACHIEVMENTS- ERP Implementation - Developed, planned and delivered the transition of my clients ERP system to a new, bespoke ERP solution. As project manager, I worked closely with the business and vendor to successfully integrate the new ERP across all departments- I.T Project Management – As the project manager I was recently engaged to oversee and deliver several critical I.T projects for our client. These projects had specific timeframes and budget for delivery which were successfully met. This includedo End to end implementation of a new bespoke ERP systemo Network upgrade to improve wi-fi coverage across multiple siteso Service now hybrid platform implementation o HRIS data migration and go-live planning o Intune and SOE implementationo Server lifecycle assessment and recommendationso WHS system (Donesafe) new module implementation o Finance system upgrade (Pronto) from hybrid to cloud environment - As the lead technical BA, I was engaged to review our clients WHS system (Donesafe) and respective processes to assess if the current system was still fit-for-purpose. This included facilitating stakeholder workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements, developing business process maps and articulating as-is and to-be system requirements. This engagement also included documenting and presenting options to the executive team and board. Overall, this led to improving internal business processes and optimising their current system to ensure the current and future requirements were met. This includedo As-is and To-be business process mapping across various departmentso Training internal continuous improvements teams on how to develop BPMo Requirements gathering functional and non-functional requirementso Facilitating the RFP process from market scan to selecting a preferred vendor

KEY ACHIEVMENTS - Managing an Organisational Redesign Project for a large Queensland Government department - As the project manager, I oversaw the design of the project plan, the management of work packages, and the execution of the project. This project was delivered on within scope, budget and time. - HR and Payroll upgrade for a large Queensland Government department – Designed and project managed the data migration plan through their organisational redesign and transformation project. Responsible for governing their establishment data and supporting the organisation to update their payroll system. Overall, this led to enhancing the quality of their payroll and establishment data and now have readily available accurate information.- I.T Operating Model design – Redesigned a fit-for-purpose IT Operating Model that aligned to our clients growing business and future strategy. This design was use in a supporting business case to uplift the IT departments capacity and capability ultimately raising the maturity and support to the business. I>TI
