During my college career I pursued a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. I chose this path for two reasons, 1. For learning how and why people react to their environment in varying conditions and 2. For my strong interest in public service. Stemming out from a desire to help others and serve my community as a young child I molded and cultivated myself to become the person I am today. The person I am is a diligent, trustworthy, and respectable individual who will always strive for 100% accuracy no matter the task set before me. Instilled in me by my grandfather, I have the focus, drive, and dedication to see that a job is fulfilled to its upmost potential and if possible, go above and beyond what is expected. Whether it means having to stay late at a job or giving up an extra day to make sure that myself and my coworkers accomplish the mission.With my academic career, previous employments, and military career I have honed skills that allow me to work within an managerial/supervisor position that requires knowledge on an in-depth which includes collecting and analyzing information, implementing plans into action, and responding to changes to plans within a timely manner. My classes provided me with the knowledge into mitigation policies and procedures at a local, state, and federal level while also going over behaviors of a person and groups of people interacting in different environments.
