Managed a staff of 6 in US and 8 in Manila, Philippines to support 1000+ financial users in AIG global divisions.All work was implemented manually under SAP Enhancement Pack 4. Direct access of ECC tables was necessary as no MDM tools were implemented. Responsible for supporting the SAP MDM/ECC code block as AIG transitions all GL applications into a single global instance. This included US Domestic, Canada, Treasury, Bermuda, UK, Nordic Region, Latin America, and Japan.  Managed the domestic legacy tables until completion of full globalization and mapping legacy to MDM/ECC. Created a website to standardize MDM forms for all code block elements, and all development and production regions. Designed workflow of forms, approvals, MDM governance and data submission via BDC to update MDM/ECC components. Managed audit compliance for Sarbanes-Oxley, IRS, Federal, state regulators and internal audits.

The automation processes validate source feed files; provide reconciliation and company/account analyses; summarize AXS-One GL process reporting; and email results to GL user groups. Developed programs to monitor file systems and Oracle database capacities; apply monthly data reorganization as specified by Comptrollers; convert codes from source systems to fit within AXS-One constraints; and desktop applications to permit manual creation of recurring entries. Created specifications and managed development for Tata Consulting (TCS) resources to develop mainframe interfaces to 34 financial source systems.  Created specifications and managed development of data extraction and reporting applications to permit information dissemination in minutes using WebFocus, Cognos and SQL application and replaced native AXS-One GL functionality that previously required hours to process.
