Thomas Connolly has over 20 years of experience as an educator and leader in both private and public schools. In his tenure, Thomas has served as a principal, assistant principal, classroom teacher, response to intervention teacher, and teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing. Thomas studied speech pathology and audiology as an undergraduate at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a bachelor of science degree. He furthered his education in a graduate program at Bloomsburg University, during which time he studied educational approaches for students who are deaf and hard of hearing. In addition to his master of science in education of the deaf and hard of hearing, Thomas completed the New Jersey Expedited Certification for Educational Leadership Program (NJEXCEL), an innovative and nationally recognized program leading to school leader state certification. He holds standard certifications as principal, supervisor, K-6 elementary school teacher, and K-12 teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys reading, golfing, swimming, and active involvement in community events.
