My name is Thomas (Joshua) Cooley I am a recent graduate from both high school and college. I graduated from Bakersfield College with an associate's degree in the science of agriculture. I am currently going to California State University to study English Literature as well as theater in the hopes to become a teacher.I have worked for the Wasco Tribune and Shafter Press, as well as the Ford Theater. In my time with the newspaper, I interviewed many people and wrote many articles coving events that took place in Wasco California. At the Ford Theater, I am the seasonal shop manager for their summer shows, I managed a team of workers making sure sets are built on time and are built safely. When it comes to show time I make sure that the actors and tech are safe and prepared for their time in the spotlight.Through my variety of leadership roles within these subjects, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and the community.
