This perspective gives Tom's designs a unique framework and aesthetic vision.Since launching his design business in Miami in the 1980s, Tom has worked with clients around the world on projects large and small, from commercial to residential, including custom furniture design as well as interiors.Prior to starting his design business Tom worked for large commercial architectural and design firms as a project manager specializing in commercial office design and airport design and renovation throughout the U.S. This was followed by work with a major restaurant chain as a construction project coordinator .One of his specialties in the Miami area was the renovation of 14 vintage Old Spanish style homes in the Coral Gables area where he worked extensively coordinating construction and the selection of material for clients from start to finish. This is one aspect of his varied career that continues today.Tom's design philosophy is concisely illustrated by the Italian phrase Oggetti Senza Tempo.
