Improving engineering processes in a business with the norm ISO/IEC 29110.TM4 supplies electric motors, generators and inverters, they also develop their own software to monitor the electrical components of a motor in real-time. Their had noticed a few irregularities in their change request process and in the writing of their technical software requirements. I was working to evaluate and then bridge the gap between TM4’s software department processes and those required by the norm ISO/IEC 29110. Nao, the 14k$ robot from Aldebaran Robotics. I was in charge of an R&D project based on it. The objectives, as stated in the specifications, were to better the walk and balance of Nao. To succeed I had 4 month, and 9 students under my supervision. We developed a matlab model to simulate Nao’s movement, and made significant improvements to Nao’s pre-programmed walk.- Project management (microsoft project)- C++ programing- Matlab programing
