Wanting to gain more experience within the finance industry, I made the move from the processing department to theBanks New Business department. Where I was then responsible for the on-boarding of new clients and the general maintenance of their accounts. During this period I gained valuable experience in new business development and the client take on process, I also learnt the requirements to good customer service and conversed with clients both via email and verbally on a daily basis.
