Over the last 12 months I have been the project lead on the implementation of a comprehensive digital inventory management system across an NHS Trust. I oversaw a complex, multi-site migration that significantly optimised operations and inventory accuracy. This transformation involved the replacement and integration of legacy systems with a new digital platform, enabling a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient process for inventory control.By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across various departments, I ensured the system met diverse needs while adhering to NHS compliance standards.
