This might involve insight into recruitment pain points, new turnover forecasting and predictions & results on people initiative testing. - I have built and future proofed SQL queries & views that allow key stakeholders to extract continuously required people & member information.- I have developed several interactive dashboards (via Power BI) that provide a finger on the pulse of various elements that are associated with company-wide efficiency and key HR metrics. - Involved in building & validating time-series forecasting models that have allowed for the prediction of yearly membership growth, personnel requirements and the impact of future costs on budget alignment. - Through collaborating with our HR system provider, I have further refined the front-end of our HR system to remedy some of the pain points the HR Team were experiencing. This has involved developing bespoke workflows in the back-end that are built with C# & SQL.
