I have previously worked as an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant on a short-term acting up position. Now on a permanent basis I am leading corporately on Employee Engagement creating two-way dialogues between all employees and managers as well as all OD work streams with Adults’ Services. I am working with managers within Adults’ Services to see.

• Employee Engagement - Leading on the design and delivery stages of the employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve this and ensure alignment with the values.
• Staff Survey - Re-purposing and re-designing the staff survey by working collaboratively to identify the purpose, the information to be captured and how it will be used, as well as exploring what are the best methods.
• Effective Collaboration - Work with all OD team members and the wider HR function to ensure all interdependencies and opportunities for streamlining are identified and explored and that there is a logical and effective.

• I have recently joined West Sussex County Council in a HR Graduate Trainee role. The role is located in the organisational development team which focuses on 6 key areas: Performance, Change, Talent Acquisition, Talent.
• Research, design and deliver small projects focussed on the delivery of performance improvements within the business unit.
• Provide support to complex projects including planning timescales, research, provision and analysis of statistics and reports, contributing to targets as directed by project leader.
• Analyse key and critical business and service problems, issues and objectives with a view to developing and evaluating options, and recommending and presenting solutions to management teams.

I worked at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort for 7 seasons, working in 3 different roles. My final role with the company was as a Team Leader at LEGOLAND Windsor in the admissions and guest service department. My key roles included managing teams ranging from 5-45people varying daily due to the time of year. My teams worked in Annual pass sales, Ticket sales, Guest.

Whilst working as an Admissions and Guest Service Assistant I worked in a number of different areas that included: Annual pass sales + Upselling, Ticket sales, Ticket Monitoring, Guest Services and Car parks. Each role required a different skill set helping to develop some of my core skills such as customer service.
