Was well involved in all school events creating many of my own. Built lasting relationships with the school community as well as with outside agencies. Became part of the Bilingual arm of the school where I joined with French teachers to deliver the British Curriculum to 2 different classes - a Year 3 and a Year 4. This was a great experience which really helped my planning and time management. • Reapplied for job as Team Leader – accepted• New team consisted of 2 new teachers to Qatar both in their first year of teaching – PD’s were provided, weekly observations and book checks; they also observed my lessons on a regular basis.• Lead 6 other teachers in year group, planning checks, book scrutinies, parent meetings, weekly team meetings, weekly middle management meetings and team lesson observations.• Unfortunately the school failed the Supreme Education Council Inspection in the 2015-16 term, so this school year was mostly on consolidating what went well; and improving on mistakes which meant rigorous book scrutinies, ensuring planning focused on Differentiation and documentation was up to date and to an excellent standard.
