A 30+ year Accenture veteran, Tom has spent the last 20+ years of his career focused on Financial Services with a heavy focus within P&C Insurance (both Brokers and Carriers). Tom has been involved a number of significant outsourcing deals, serving as Unit Lead for an SAP AO & IO deal at Flowers/Mrs. Smith's, a PeopleSoft AO & IO deal for Aon, running a global HR AO deal for Deutsche Bank, large Insurance Brokerage AO deal and a large Insurance Carrier AO deal. For more than 10 years, Tom led our global relationship at Aon, including a large Finance Transformation program, a global CRM program and several large AO programs.
