Development of a new maintenance strategy for a French airline (1 Year): - Performed evaluation and benchmark of airline's maintenance structure based on various factors, such as business model, size, market, etc. - Recommended an improved maintenance structure, optimized taking into account constraints and aircraft fleet expansion plan. - Deployed and implemented new maintenance processes (design workshops, target definition & change management) - Implemented new digital tools in Technical Direction services to improve day-to-day efficiencyDigital transformation of the Supply Chain of a major player in the luxury industry (6 Months): - Mapped all use cases and the stakes of the transformation all along the value chain - Set up a worldwide RFID implementation plan for the whole Supply Chain - Set up an improved governance process Internal contributions: - Developed strong knowledge in Digital Visual Management and associated tools (iObeya) - Developed strong knowledge in Digital Maintenance, IoT and Industry 4.0

During my internship, my main mission was to develop the sales kit used by salesmen by studying the offer of the company and developing a presentation gathering all the main sales argument.I also had to compare the FAA and EASA regulations concerning flight simulators in order to notice all the differences and to write a report that will enable the company to comply with the American requirements.

My mission during this intership was to develop an automated computer-based tool able to export charts, graphics... for each plane of the airline based on the incident reports that the MOC received.It has also been the opportunity for me to work in the Orly airport and to discover and understand practically the operation of an international airport.
