My current role is as key account Manager for various recruitment contracts held within various companies ranging from warehouse to manufacturing companies. My key responsibilities are as follows:• Liaison with the client to identify their forthcoming operational requirements and dealing with any day to day requirement changes.• Vetting, liaising with and the co-ordination of appropriately skilled personnel from our pool of operatives to ensure that the client’s specific requirements are met.• Undertaking H&S and Environment inductions in order to ensure the safety of the operatives in the workplace and to discharge the statutory obligations of my company.• Undertaking H&S audits within the workplace.• Delivering warnings or terminations of employment in the event of any breaches of procedure.• Acting as an intermediary between clients and agency staff, maintaining healthy working relationships with all parties to ensure that we fulfil obligations with regards to the contract in order for the company to continue to make margins.
