Work and responsibilities• Responsible for a portfolio of Property and Business clients for the efficient and effective end-to-end credit approval, review and monitoring process.• Structure complex project financing solutions as Senior Debt Lender in AUD$10-$60M range with top level management and risk officers.• Securitisation of new and existing finance structures with external panel lawyers. E.g. Facility Agreements, Pre-sales securitisation, Builders side-deed, Tenant side-deed, ISDA' s, Contract Reviews, PPSR• Complete detailed feasibility analysis and investment modelling.• Negotiate facility terms and pricing with key external stakeholders e.g. Major Shareholders, CEO' s, CFO' s and Board of Directors.• Drive appropriate operational risk, compliance risk, conduct risk and reputation risk behaviours, framework, reporting and resolution.• Drive Cross-Divisional and Multi Product relationships with a willingness to connect with customers and other parts of the bank in multiple jurisdictions.• Drive Customer Satisfaction and ensure focus on the client and the key internal service partners• Integral part of the Relationship Management team. Assist in leading and managing designated team of four to meet these objectives.• Deliver efficient and effective counter-party and industry analysis. Drive the quality of output to ensure quality customer and industry insight.• Strong first line of defence, pro-active risk management, strong compliance.• Exercise of Credit Authority Delegated in an efficient and quality manner. Work and responsibilities;• Responsible for Credit Analysis on a portfolio of Global Diversified Industry and Real Estate clients.Including the efficient and effective end-to-end credit approval, review and monitoring processes.• Assist in structuring complex financial and risk solutions with colleagues from; Coverage, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Trade Finance, Syndication's, Corporate Advisory, Global Markets, Cash Management and Asset Finance.• Negotiate terms, pricing and documentation of finance with Regional Treasurer's, Country/Global CFO's and CEO's, Management Boards and Lawyers.• A key driver of appropriate operational risk, compliance risk, conduct risk and reputation risk behaviours, framework, reporting and resolution .• Drive Cross-Divisional, Cross-Border and Multi Product relationships. Global mindset and willingness to connect with customers and other parts of the bank in multiple jurisdictions .• Deliver efficient and effective counterparty and industry analysis. • Well managed agenda. Work and responsibilities;• Provide Integrated Financial and Risk Management Solutions on a portfolio of property developers and investors across multi -class assets in various segments of the economy.• Portfolio comprised of 25 Groups with Limits in excess of AUD$40OM.• Heavily involved in Structuring complex project financing as Senior Debt Lender in AUD $10M-$60M range with top level management and risk.• Analysis and preparation of Credit Submissions for project and investment financing inclusive of conditions.• Complete detailed feasibility analysis and investment modelling.• Securitisation of new and existing financing with external panel lawyers.
