Rattaché au responsable du Contrôle de Gestion, en étroite collaboration avec l'account Manager Retail - Chiffres d'affaires et charges: Analyse mensuelle de la rentabilité par catégorie- Clôture : - Codification analytique des factures (Catering, Food, Fresh Food, Boutique, consulting, Software, Maintenance...) - Préparation des provisions mensuelles, - Analyse du P&L : Réel vs Budget, vs suivi de dépenses,... - Budgets : - Construction du P&L Retail et Catering par escacle - Remontée des données dans BW / HFM- Divers : - Rédaction des procédures relatives au contrôle interne, - Suivi administratif - Mise en place de KPI's (Tableau de bord) - Analyse et prévisions Fresh Food (Réduction du wastage ) - En étroite collaboration avec L'IT sur divers projets

• P&L analysis and reporting of retail and catering activities to client and finance team.• Constant review of performance - Optimization of internal tools Product range & performance (Barset).• Creation of a statistical analysis tool improving operational efficiency of fresh food wastage management by enhancing loading plans optimization, maximizing sales and reducing costs.• Project management & coordination with IT and production teams. • Daily management of the factory production - Coordination and adjustment according to external sites’ needs – Total, Nestlé, DP World or Phillips Morris… (over 16 catering facilities).• Supply Chain Optimization – Team planning – Inventory management.• Participation in action plans to optimize performance, secure markets, gain new ones and ensure their global monitoring.• Vacuum-Packed Mango Campaign 2012 & 2013. • Technical Products: machines, trucks, service supply etc. • Agribusiness Products: response to a call to tender for French railway / Help purchase manager to issue call for tenders for meat & pastries supply.• Elaboration of 350 000 combat ration packs (call to tender of a foreign army) in collaboration with commercial, marketing, communication and legal departments.• International Supply chain: Sending containers in African Subsidiaries, Technical & Frozen Products.• Referencing products and suppliers in SAP.
