Current9+ years as the Lead Instructor for the Joint Cyberspace Operational Planner’s Course (JCOPC). Meeting critical USCYBERCOM, Combatant Command (CCMD) and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training requirements through the management and execution of a high demand, mobile training course offered at CCMDs and Service Cyber Components (SCCs).Well versed in all aspects of cyberspace operations, USCYBERCOM command structure, campaign plans, and assigned forces, along with USCYBERCOM operations, activities, and investments (OAIs). Ten years’ experience with cyberspace equities at all 11 CCMDs, and cyber-specific subordinate commands.Personally taught 60+ highly successful JCOPC offerings to CCMDs and numerous other entities, answering CCMD identified requirement for integrating Cyberspace Operations into CCMD joint contingency and crisis action planning. Developed virtual format of JCOPC curriculum to provide remote training options. Efforts allowed JCOPC to continue to meet USCYBERCOM and CCMD training requirements during pandemic.Engineered curriculum designed to provide CCMD planners with skill sets to assist the integration of Cyberspace Operations into the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), Information Operations (IO), OPLAN/OPORDER development, Targeting / Joint Fires, and Legal considerations. Developed presentation and scenario-based exercises to facilitate coordinated staff actions designed to leverage USCYBERCOM OAIs, DODIN Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) for the enhancement of Joint Military Operations.Coordinated extensively with all CCMDs, JFHQ-DODIN, JFHQ-Cs, CMF, CO-IPEs, SCCs and USCYBERCOM for course updates, scheduling, instructor assignments, and deconfliction for 20+ course offerings per year, executed globally.
