9+ years as the Lead Instructor for the Joint Cyberspace Operational Planner’s Course (JCOPC). Meeting critical USCYBERCOM, Combatant Command (CCMD) and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) training requirements through the management and execution of a high demand, mobile training course offered at CCMDs and Service Cyber Components (SCCs).Well versed in all aspects of cyberspace operations, USCYBERCOM command structure, campaign plans, and assigned forces, along with USCYBERCOM operations, activities, and investments (OAIs). Ten years’ experience with cyberspace equities at all 11 CCMDs, and cyber-specific subordinate commands.Personally taught 60+ highly successful JCOPC offerings to CCMDs and numerous other entities, answering CCMD identified requirement for integrating Cyberspace Operations into CCMD joint contingency and crisis action planning. Developed virtual format of JCOPC curriculum to provide remote training options. Efforts allowed JCOPC to continue to meet USCYBERCOM and CCMD training requirements during pandemic.Engineered curriculum designed to provide CCMD planners with skill sets to assist the integration of Cyberspace Operations into the Joint Planning Process (JPP), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), Information Operations (IO), OPLAN/OPORDER development, Targeting / Joint Fires, and Legal considerations. Developed presentation and scenario-based exercises to facilitate coordinated staff actions designed to leverage USCYBERCOM OAIs, DODIN Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) for the enhancement of Joint Military Operations.Coordinated extensively with all CCMDs, JFHQ-DODIN, JFHQ-Cs, CMF, CO-IPEs, SCCs and USCYBERCOM for course updates, scheduling, instructor assignments, and deconfliction for 20+ course offerings per year, executed globally.

Uscentcom / Ussocom / Multinational Forces, Iraq (Mnf-I)

Deployed to Afghanistan Dec 2011-Jun 2012 in support of USFOR-A sensitive IO, SAP/STO, and ACCM operations. Operations included extensive coordination with deployed SOF command elements and counter-intelligence assets in theater. Designated lead MILDEC planner for USCENTCOM planning and synchronization element for the theater. Coordinated and de-conflicted IO between USCENTCOM, MNF-I subordinate commands, Task Forces, an intelligence community.Coordinated with Joint Functional Component Commander- Network Warfare (JFCC-NW) for utilization of Computer Network Operation capabilities in support of sensitive IO missions and objectives

Managed a department of 130 military and civilian personnel engaged in Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Computer Network Defense (CND) operations.Conducted zero base review for optimal alignment of personnel and equipment resources with mission requirements. Resulted in $350K funding allocation for CNO analysis system upgrades and mission growth.Provided command input to business case analysis/assessment. Received approval for assignment of BLUESASH Attack, Sensing, and Warning computer Network Defense Mission to NIOCP along with increased support capability to JFCC-NW.Directed procurement of new command data server dedicated to processing and analysis of sensitive mission tasking. Incorporation of equipment yielded 75% decrease in work force requirements for two high profile reporting lines.Oversaw conversion of 16 civilian personnel to the DoD National Security Personnel System (NSPS). Drafted baselines and evaluation criteria; briefed personnel on performance objectives for mission support.
