Since commencing in 2005, I've been fortunate to have held a number of roles within the Industry: incl: Intensive Case Manager, Youth Services Officer, Site Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager in addition to being appointed as Director of a Labour Hire company.I have a strong commitment to working in the Employment & Community Services sector and I’m passionate about making a difference to the lives of people through empowerment and sustainable employment placements. My career has included working in Federal and State funded employment programs: incl; Job Network, Job Services Australia, jobactive employment services. Victoria State Funded programs including Springboard, GEM, JVEN Disabilities, Ex-Offenders, WTS, Jobsbank and NSW State funded program, Smart Skilled & Hired. I’m an active Board Member for Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC). I’m proud to sit on the board of this fantastic organisation and the opportunity I have to make a difference and give back to my community. Prior to starting my career in Employment Services I worked as a Registered Nurse working in the Acute, Emergency, Surgical, Medical and Paediatrics divisions of the health care industry. I value my years of experience as a nurse, directing those transferable skills acquired during this time to make a positive contribution to the lives of job seekers seeking employment.
