Construction management and team lead assigned to WEC Energy Group’s $319MM “Facilities for the Future” master plan in their Chicago-based utility subsidiary, Peoples Gas. Recently completed new 85,000 SF service centers for the North and Central regions along with other efforts, including third service center planned in comparable size, scope, and complexity for the South region of Chicago. New facilities include administrative offices, emergency dispatch command centers, fleet, welding, carpentry, and tapping shops as well as warehousing, fitness, café, full service fueling station, and union assembly areas. Additional project work included demolition and disposition of former facilities laden with environmental restrictions.

Responsible for leading architectural, engineering, construction management, facilities management, sustainability, and environmental health & safety initiatives for third-largest community college in Illinois. Successfully implemented $240MM campus master plan including new career and technical center, library, advanced manufacturing lab, math and liberal arts building, outdoor event pavilion, student center, parking structure, and health/wellness/athletic facility. Negotiated all agreements pertaining to physical assets and collective bargaining unit. Possess considerable experience in public administration as it relates to higher education with special emphasis on student success.

Resulting 26% savings in annual property owner concessions was also due to developing and implementing a full complement of standardized processes and information databases to reduce costs, cycle time, customer satisfaction, and overall company liability.
