Responsibilities and Achievements Stock Maintenance Resolved all negative stock levels daily Non Updated Sales Greatly increased the ease of finding stock in all stock rooms and helped reduce missed sale opportunities by implementing a new stock layout that was simply and labelled clearly. Worked closely with the sales team, replenishing stock on the shop floor daily and gathering stock for team members while they were in a fitting with client. Liaising with store management, Retail Operations Manager during end of season turnaround ensuring correct stock levels were received and transferring old season stock out to warehouse or concession stores by the deadline given. Processing all QC quality control stock and stock returns through the system on a regular basis, tracking these issues through a spreadsheet and forwarding regularly with Head of Home and Operation and Services Manager. Stock Transactions Improved stock transaction procedures between the store and marketing and PR, minimising occurrence of missing stock. Processing all stock deliveries on the day received, pricing items and placing them into stock ready for sale. Processing all stock requests by the sales team, other stores, head office, marketing and PR by the stated deadline. Administration Implementing a logical filing system to ensure accurate and efficient completion of all the stores paperwork and computer files. Completing all administrative aspects of the job within the timeframe given such as DO's, PO's, cycle counts and write off requests and appropriate forms used correctly.
