Aligned financial reporting with accounting to ensure accurate reflection of company financials in the ledger. Presented monthly performance to executive management in Brazil, Japan and the United States. Consulted with top executives in the region to optimize internal transfer pricing decisions while minimizing exposure to importation duties and unnecessary negative impact to cash flow. Took the initiative to kick off and lead an effort for the development of a 5 year mid-term plan used to evaluate the long-term viability of the business.
