Manages four teams as head of CNI underwriting function for eastern NY state, Connecticut and NJ.

Manages commercial credit underwriting teams responsible for deal analysis, structuring, and portfolio management. Responsibilities include:-Customer facing interaction to negotiate deal structures-Adjudication of loan approvals within lending authority-Recommend approvals to Senior Credit Executives -Manage teams responsible for financial spreads, credit rating and covenant compliance-People management involving hiring, training, team building and development of credit analysts-Facilitate development and roll out of credit policies and processes

Responsibilities included:-Manage staff of 4 Credit Analysts and 1 Credit Management Administrator.-Support roll-out of credit policies and procedures while following underwriting guidelines and compliance measures -Review and recommend loans and annual reviews. -Review loan documentation.-Review and implement audit recommendations. -Hire and train staff and administer performance evaluation and incentive awards.

Responsibilities: -Generate new loan volume and expend revenue from existing relationships from other bank products including cash management, wealth management, trade finance, foreign exchange and leasing-Managed largest and most visible names in the portfolio-Structure and negotiate new loans and prepare credit decision documents for presentation to executive loan committee-Negotiate and review loan documentation

Responsibilities: -Prospect new middle market bank relationships and expand existing relationships through cross selling bank products including cash management, capital markets, derivatives, trade finance, commercial credit cards foreign exchange and merchant services-Manage existing commercial loan portfolio consisting of term loans, commercial real estate, working capital revolvers and asset-based loans with exposures ranging from $3M to $50M. -Structure and negotiate new loans and prepare credit decision documents for presentation to executive loan committee.Key Accomplishments: received bonus in 2005 for being in the bank’s top 25% in revenue generation. Received 7% raise based on revenue production, high quality underwriting of new deals and effective management of existing portfolio.
