Supervisor of the Power Quality Services business lines including Power Monitoring and Thermal Scanning. Developing and implementing a new basis of technology for Power Monitoring for C&I customers.

My role is to deliver electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects for CBRE data center clients. I also will handle structured cabling and white space buildouts. Projects are typically expansion or end-of-life replacement, which consists of performing open-heart surgery in a live-mission critical environment. Projects can be anything physical in the data center that supports IT assets. UPS replacements, whip installs, CRAC unit upgrades, batteries (Li-ion, VRLA, wet-cell), fire suppression systems, cabinet installs, lighting, grounds, and much more. Each client is different with different SLA's and other business considerations. Typically work is performed in an agent-principal model in conjunction with CBRE DCS facility management services on an on-demand project management services function. CBRE's vast network is leveraged to drive down cost and optimize total value to the client.

I am responsible for projects of varying complexity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and focusing on project revenue and EBIT. I work closely with engineers, supply chain, and production personnel to ensure project execution. I utilize my personality traits to build strong relationships with clients and vendors to promote future business. I like to say the project managers don't do anything - marketing sells the project, engineering designs the project, supply chain sources material, and production builds it, right? Of course this couldn't be further from the truth. I monitor, document, and control all aspects of the project. I keep the client informed and utilize my technical skills to overcome challenges. Projects consist of medium voltage switchgear assembled in Lake Mary, Florida and Germany. The scope may also include field installation service, protection and control, and other major electrical equipment sourced together with the MV switchgear. The value of projects managed by me range from $100K to over $5MUSD, typically running with ~10 projects at a time. The customers I've built strong relationships with range from oil and gas, to major utilities, and industrial clients. The position requires an intricate understanding of power distribution, controls, and challenges that clients have within their networks.

Sales and marketing engineer for ABB relays and relay test switches. Configured relay type based on customer specifications. Relays types include micro-processor based, solid-state, and electromechanical. Primarily for ANSI market, but some quotations for IEC market.

Distribution transformer sales and marketing engineer. Focused on supporting Eaton and Square-D accounts. Tested and helped impliment DMS software, trained all marketing engineers on how to use the software. Managed the design and manufacturing of 2 new marketing transformers with new design features never before manufactured.
