I bring over 40 years of legal experience to my practice. I first worked as a paralegal and then law clerk for a mid-sized Philadelphia insurance defense firm, while I pursued my education in the evenings. Prior to practicing Family Law in Lancaster and York Counties, I was an attorney with one of the country’s largest law firms, located in Philadelphia, PA, where I specialized in personal injury and products liability matters. While there, I tried cases in courtrooms all across the United States and also served as a prosecutor for the Delaware County District Attorney’s office.I graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Administration. I received my Juris Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law. While at Temple, I received the Barristers Award for the top performance in the school’s nationally acclaimed Trial Advocacy program.I have been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and have been admitted Pro Hac Vice in thirteen other states.As the principal attorney at The Law offices of Thomas M. Cusack III, I concentrate my practice in civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law in Lancaster and York County, Pennsylvania. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family at the Jersey shore. I am also an avid golfer and tennis player.
