After completing a medical curriculum, fascinated by civic engagement and social project development, I studied Law and Political Science, wich culminated with a Master's degree in Economic law and business, specializing in Legal Risk Management and Sustainable Development at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (France). Powered by the challenge and passionate about human potential, I followed a dissertation research at the École des Mines ParisTech on the theme of change management in high risk organizations (transport, energy, etc..) within the Center of research on Risk and Crises (CRC). The purpose of my work was to develop a tool to assess impact of change (structural managerial technological, etc.) on organizational performance of a company or institution, particularly on the human factor. During 3 years, I had the honor to lead ALUMNICE, first french alumni, with a team of dynamic and committed volunteers. Auto entrepreneur consultant, I teach and present speeches on topic of management, communication, public speaking and human factor. I also participate in the development of several projects and start-ups.Since 2015, I'm the CEO and founder of wever, a smart mobility french startup wich invents current mission : give people back the mobility power.
