This has provided me with skills and knowledge to prosper in many management roles, as I cover a wide range of duties from operational challenges to absence management and employee relations. I have excellent customer service skills and have dealt with members of the public from all nationalities and backgrounds. Due to the nature of Aviation Security I have training and experience in conflict management and put this to use on a daily basis.
