Tom Fioretti is a Market Facing Underwriter for Zurich North America’s West Public D&O Team. In his role, he focuses on underwriting Directors and Officers, Fiduciary, Employment Practices Liability, and Crime Insurance for public companies. Tom also communicates and manages relationships with various brokers on a day-to-day basis. Originally, he joined Zurich as an Underwriting Trainee for the Northeast Commercial Surety Team in June of 2021. During Tom’s time as a Commercial Surety Underwriter, he focused on financial and industry analysis to assess risk for various Zurich customers. Prior to joining Zurich full-time, Tom had internship opportunities with the company in the summers of 2018, 2019, and 2020. During his internships, Tom was able to get experience in Large Casualty and Specialty Products, as well as learn about the insurance industry as a whole.
