I am responsible of delivering products and services, that are very differentiated, powered by people and IT, and has a high degree of internal dependencies. One challenge is to balance our products and services considering scalability and at the same time accommodate still more differentiated requirements from the market and customers. Implementing data findings in our delivery processes is also an important task. I do sales, negotiation, contract management etc., and have a very close cooperation with our sales teams and customers. Data handling and GDPR is also an essential part of the job.I am overall responsible of more than 130 employees. When I started in Jobindex, I had the responsibility of 10 employees, and a big part of the job is developing the organization, scaling and automating, in order to accommodate high growth rates. I have started up a number of new business areas, and in relation to that adapting the organization. Among others a business development function, Analysis-and a Group HR function.Our sites have approx. 800.000 users pr. month, thousands of mail agents, automated solutions as well as solutions executed by highly skilled employees. The nature of the business requires great planning and execution, and at the same time exploitation of technology and human skills. I am a part of Jobindex A/S Executive group and Jobindex Group Executive group. I also participate in Board meetings.
