Over the summer I worked as a catering cook for Lucille's, doing private events and public events like F1 Weekend and Jazz Fest.

I was in charge of producing all baked goods from scratch including croissants and chocolatines for both Westrose locations. This would tally up to about 500 pastries a day. I would also do a number of shifts every week preparing coffees and other standard barista tasks.
