Common theme across much of my work has been leadership, culture, talent and transformational change.While at Accenture, I held a number of leadership roles, including North America Practice lead for Talent & Organization, Management Consulting Development Program lead, and Talent lead for SW Resources. I am passionate about people and diversity. I have a developed love for marathons, having run all 6 world majors I now enjoy smaller marathons around the world. Years of traveling have brought many amazing experiences, and my probably was with diving with hammer head sharks at Galapagos.
