I'm a passionate professional with a diverse background in sports coaching and manufacturing, committed to continuous personal and professional development.With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching and Performance, I spent 8 years in the fitness industry, both as a gym instructor and co-founder of a coaching business. My main focus has always been helping people realise their full potential and achieve pain-free living. I've continued to expand my knowledge through certifications like British Weightlifting Level 2, Precision Nutrition, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1, ensuring I stay up to date with current trends and research in fitness and performance.After transitioning into the manufacturing sector, I joined Tata Steel as a machine operator, quickly progressing to Senior Operator, where I lead a team of 6 at the continuous casters. I thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments and am driven by both teamwork and individual responsibility.Alongside my work at Tata, I began a degree in Engineering at the Open University, further demonstrating my commitment to growth. Although my studies were deferred due to extenuating circumstances, my interest in professional development remains strong, and I am always seeking ways to enhance my skills.While I enjoy my role at Tata Steel and had no plans to leave, the uncertainty around its future has prompted me to proactively network and remain open to new opportunities.
