Responsible for the Design and delivery of multinational training requirements for a 650+ NATO personnel organisation. Ensured integration and cooperation between foreign armies both in barracks and on exercise.Key project:• Operation CABRIT: Deployed to Estonia as part of the UK’s commitment to NATO. Responsible for the force generation, planning and integration of military exercise between foreign armies. Managed resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Provided military engineering support to a 600 staff organisation and the chief military engineer advisor to the Brigade Commander.
