Reverting to Consultative letters, Show Cause Notices which we receive from RMS-PCA Customs5. Handling survey through surveyor in the case of transit damage for Air/Sea shipments for insurance claims.6. Pivotal improving inventory visibility and integrated systems and processes through the supply chain to share valuable information, including demand signals, forecasts, inventory and transportation etc.7. In the project of identifying correct HS code for around 8k components to arrive exact Basic Customs Duty % with/without FTA benefit.8. Streamline processes and ensure continuous improvement of productivity levels through performance analysis.9. Preparing ‘Cash flow analysis’ for provision of duty & payments for vendors to Finance team based on SOP planning of PPC team.10. Cost comparison analysis (budget vs. actuals).11. Identifying & implement strategies for rectifying the damage/pilferage issues with the shipment consigned from origin.12. Monitoring the CHA’s for hassle free custom clearance for critical shipments.

1. Effectively supervise Exports, Imports (Sea & Air), Warehousing activities and manage daily operations including setting up targets, resolving operational issues.2. Ensure optimal utilization of resources, assign respective responsibilities and analyse their performance based on KRA’s.3. Plan and implement cost control strategies.4. Vendor management and performance evaluation.5. Identify & implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of co-operation between team members.6. Once the packing gets completed in the client site, the shipment will be moved to our warehouse.7. Fumigation will be done as per the destination’s requirement.8. Need to obtain the specifications from the warehouse regarding the casing/crating dimensions.9. After receiving the payment from the client, will cart the shipment in the next immediate sailing.10. Need to Liase & obtain freight from multiple SSA’s / IATA Agent.11. For air shipment once the air line got finalised need to send the Air Instructions to IATA Agent to cut the AWB accordingly.12. Preparing the Marks & Nos. and needs to stick in the triwall(s).13. For sea shipments ensure container reports on time for local stuffing or for Bangalore Branch's requirements.14. Completes the Customs documentation through our CHA.15. Arranging for clearance of the FCL shipment, with respect to the vessel cut off time.16. Once the shipment had been handed over to Sea/Air Lines will forward the tentative sailing schedule / flight details to our client, H.O. & track till it arrives the destination17. Upon receiving the prealert, tracking the status of import shipments till it reaches MAA port.18. Follow up with the SSA’s/Liners to get the Debit Note & negotiate(with feasible SSA’s) to obtain the delivery order, simultaneously arranging for funds from the A/C dept.
