This includes the creation and up keep of social media sites•Partnership Management: Develop strong internal and external relationships. Work with Clubs, Schools, JAB Delegates, Council of Delegates to enable a sustainable future for Rugby in Tasman•Coach Education: Responsibility for the delivery of coaching courses in Nelson, allowing clubs/colleges the resources to deliver safe and effective Rugby sessions. Create an established coaching pathway for all coaches involved in Rep coaching, weight grade and U11 – U19. A background of sessions and knowledge which allows me to work with key partners and organisations to provide a comprehensive Coach Ed programme that meets the needs and demands for rugby provision in Nelson.•Club/College Development: Assist Clubs and colleges in implementing plans/policies which enables their growth in the area and their long term future. Run regular health checks with key stakeholders in club/colleges to ensure that any plans/policies which have been put in place are being followed.
