Research included overview of past performance & future opportunities, potential correlation and diversification benefits for Blue Sky’s institutional investors. These findings were presented to the Head of the Real Assets division and the broader investment team for their consideration. Financial Modelling: Involved in the creation of detailed high quality, interactive models. Additionally, involved with refining and improving current or older excel models. Analysis: Through modeling and research produce comprehensive analysis on Australian water market, agricultural sector and industry, which was given to investment team for consideration in valuation and broader investment committee considerations for investments.
