This… Show more As a Client Relations Executive I am responsible both for being the first point of contact for any inbound enquiries from prospective clients across the Private, Corporate and E-Commerce desks, and for managing every clients’ on boarding experience.I specialise in on-boarding Dutch accounts, closely working with the sales team in Amsterdam and advising them on the KYC and financial compliance requirements for each client. This involved speaking with French clients on a day to day basis, answering any queries they might have in regards to the service, advising them on their registration and getting them to a tradeable status as efficiently as possible.The client relations executive role consists of a Sales and On-boarding aspect: Sales:* Following up on all inbound leads and actively managing prospects on the CRM, which involves a full understanding of the product suite that World First offers. * Being able to correctly gauge the needs of every prospect and effectively communicate the benefits of using World First over competitors. On-boarding:* Liaising efficiently with World First customers over both phone and email in a positive and friendly manner to resolve any pre- or post trade queries they may have* Understanding and executing fully the on-boarding process so I can explain this coherently to clients and ensure that their trades are compliant.* Gathering the relevant documents for clients to complete their registration and make this process as convenient and hassle-free as possible.* Acting as a brand ambassador, creating a positive experience for our customers so that they continue to trade through World First as well as recommend us to others.* Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.
