With nearly two decades of leadership experience across government and industry sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My journey began in the US Air Force, where I served as a Meteorologist and junior officer, leading high-performing units worldwide. After completing my military service, I enrolled at the Kellogg School of Management, where I earned an MBA with distinction in Finance and Strategy.My professional journey then led me to Vanguard. I joined as an intern in 2013 and accepted a full-time role in 2014 in a comprehensive rotational program. This immersive experience spanned Information Technology, International Sales, and Fixed Income investment management, providing me with a multifaceted understanding of the financial landscape.Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager and Investment Strategist on the Investor Behavior team within in Vanguard's Investment Strategy Group. I conduct extensive, data-driven research on tendencies, biases, portfolio construction, and responses to market volatility. However, beyond the analytical aspects, the most rewarding part of my role lies in leading and inspiring crew towards success.Aside from my MBA, my academic background includes a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cornell University, master's degrees in both Meteorology and Mathematics from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Professional Studies degree in Data Analytics from Penn State.
