Current2018: Shadowed a PhD candidate at Harvard Medical School; explored in cell culture experiments to reveal novel biochemical pathways2019-2021: Developed a stapled peptide inhibitor in order to overcome drug resistance emerging from single point mutations in blood cancers. 2022: Mentored two undergraduate students many of the acquired skills below.Designed, performed, and analyzed experiments using plasmid transformations and transfections, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitations, fluorescence polarization and binding assays, Western blotting, cancer cell culture and viability assays, confocal and fluorescent imaging, and crystallography.
