My personal venture to bring customer support for professional pit equipment to the North American Motorsports Market. Focused on being more then a catalog we work to understand, develop, implement and service what the customer truly needs. United Race Parts is the only approved sales and service centers in North America for Dino Paoli and Greaves 3D and can offer custom solutions on pit equipment needs. With an established professional clientele, United Race Parts is always looking for product lines to add to our offering.

Responsible for technical sales support to the sports car market. Worked on relationships with suppliers pertinent to the market. Managed and coordinated all travel for our trackside program. Provided both trackside and shop based support on Paoli pit equipment.

Developed relations ships which helped in growing the sports car division for CV products. Traveled and attended over 25 sports car events per year to grow customer base through sales and technical support.

Handled day to day operations of specific ride locations. Helped develop and implement operating procedure for new $23 million attraction. Responsible for training of new hires in department and at ride location, guest interaction and satisfaction, ride safety checks and crew scheduling. Developed an operating procedure that allowed attraction to be operated at 110% capacity on a daily basis.

Based in the Mooresville store to focus directly with walk in traffic that needed urgent knowledgeable support. In addition to working with customer to acquire orders we would process and complete each order from start to finish to insure accuracy, to succeed in the order fulfillment, I managed the daily re-stocking order, purchase orders to vendors and delivery schedule.
