As an International Student Supervisor, I supported 2 groups of 8 international students (1 group each semester) in acclimating to university life and the city, offering guidance with both academic and personal challenges. Through facilitating orientation sessions and cultural workshops, I honed my cross-cultural communication skills while enhancing students' cultural awareness. I developed strong problem-solving and adaptability skills by quickly addressing challenges faced by students in a multicultural environment. Additionally, I planned and executed a cultural exchange event that brought together 115 exchange students to share and celebrate their diverse cultures.
